영어속담 정리(1탄)

▶A bad workman always 

blames his tools.   

서투른 일꾼이 연장 탓한다.

▶A bird in the hand is 

worth two in the bush.

   손에 든 새 한 마리가 숲속의 

두 마리보다 낫다. 

▶A burnt child dreads the fire.   

불에 덴 아이가 불을 두려워 한다.

▶Absence makes 

the heart grow fonder.   

만나지 못하면 더욱 간절한 마음.

▶Absence sharpens love,

   만나지 못하면 애정은 예민해지고

군중은 친구가 아니다.
